Our Story

What started as a dream shared over countless cups of coffee finally came to life in June 2024, when friends Airlie and Michelle (far left in above photo) turned their long-time passion for food and creativity into a thriving charcuterie business. With the timing just right in both of their lives, they took the leap—and haven’t looked back since.

From humble beginnings, their love for beautifully styled grazing tables and locally sourced produce quickly captured the hearts (and tastebuds) of the community. Thanks to the incredible local Sunraysia community and the power of social media, the business has grown rapidly, with bookings now being taken up to 12 months in advance.

Weddings and corporate functions have become standout favourites, but no event is too big or small for Airlie and Michelle to work their magic. At the heart of it all is a commitment to fresh, local ingredients and a genuine passion for bringing people together—one grazing table at a time.

At the heart of our charcuterie business is a deep commitment to the Sunraysia region. We proudly source as much of our produce as possible from local growers and artisans, supporting the hardworking farmers who make this area so vibrant. By choosing local, we not only ensure the freshest, highest-quality ingredients but also help strengthen our community and give back to the local economy. Every board we create is a celebration of Sunraysia’s rich bounty and the people behind it.
